O N C A Kids Half Term Club: Art & Science at Brighton Marina

Creative fun on the ONCA Barge for children aged 7 – 12

Join us on the ONCA Barge at Brighton Marina for 2 days of workshops and fun, learning about and celebrating Brighton’s marine conservation zone (MCZ) with an interdisciplinary team of artists and educators.
 
We will:
  • Learn about the MCZ, and about the elements
  • Make a giant chalk reef using clay and found materials
  • Spend time on the beach
  • Play games
  • Explore positive visions of the future
10am – 3pm, Oct 31 and Nov 1
15 spaces
£20 per day, £35 for both days
Free places for children from low income families – available via email

 

Please bring packed lunches, weather-appropriate clothing and clothing for messy art making
*No nuts*
Avoid single use plastic please!

 

All ONCA facilitators have DBS checks. Please let us know in advance if your child has specific needs that we should be aware of.

Please contact or 01273 607101 if you have specific access needs, please note the gallery is wheelchair accessible but the toilet is up five stairs.
