Hatha Yoga at the ONCA Barge

Join us for a Hatha Yoga class at the ONCA Barge at the Brighton Marina.

On Friday mornings between 9.30am and noon, the ONCA Barge becomes a free space for the local community to meet, chill, play or explore. We aim to host activities downstairs for people to take part in for free, with donations welcome.

Class is by donation to ONCA.

Bring your own yoga mat and blanket.

Beginners are welcome.

About the Facilitator

Lisa is a level 2 registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia, and Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). This is will be a gentle, general Hatha yoga class.

Please contact or 01273 607101 if you have specific access needs, please note the gallery is wheelchair accessible but the toilet is up five stairs.
