Film Screening: The True Cost

23 April 2019
6:30 pm
8:30 pm

Lucy & Yak and Revival Collective are hosting a screening of The True Cost – a ground breaking documentary film that pulls back the curtain on the untold stories of the fashion industry and asks us to consider, who is really paying the price for our fast fashion addiction?

The price of clothing has been decreasing for decades, while the human and environmental costs have grown dramatically. But it doesn’t have to be this way! Fashion can and should have positive impacts on people and the planet.

The True Cost is a story about clothing. It’s about the clothes we wear, the people who make them, and the impact the industry is having on our world. The price of clothing has been decreasing for decades, while the human and environmental costs have grown dramatically.

Tickets are £4 and all proceeds from this event with be donated to Labour Behind The Label

6.30pm-8.30pm at Onca Gallery. Please arrive on time!
