Brighton Storytellers: With Teeth and Tail and Other Stories

27 February 2017
7:30 pm
9:30 pm

There will be Beasts, there will be Bites and Bits of Heart!

Join Brighton Storytellers in welcoming Marte Tveter for tales of grandmother-wisdom, lifeblood and the feminine creative, woven together by the wonderful Marte Tveter. Beginning with the voice of the Volve, the ancient woman of the ancient Norse, we will encounter Grandmothers and girls, beasts and boys. Expect twists, chases and the quiet strength of the human heart.

Marte grew up in the incredible countryside of East Norway and has been telling stories for as long as she can remember. We are thrilled to have her sharing tales with us at Brighton Storytellers.

Our first half will feature special guests from the local area. There will be tea and cake (as well as bits of heart) on offer!

Adults only, limited spaces – booking essential.
