Business Support

Wednesday 25th April, 9:30am – 12noon.

Action Learning Sets: FREE business development opportunity.

Being a freelancer or running your own project, business or organisation can be incredibly rewarding but also very challenging.  Many people feel isolated, overwhelmed and stuck from time to time.

Taking time out to reflect on what you’re doing and how it’s going can seem like a luxury but more and more people are realising that it’s an essential part of their development and can be the key to organisational growth.

Joining an Action Learning Set provides a fantastic opportunity to connect with a small group of people every couple of months to discuss the challenges you face and then explore new ways forward.  It’s a simple concept, based on the theory of reflexive learning that really works and has multiple benefits:

  • Meet dynamic and inspirational people (just like you!)
  • Gain perspective and objective insights
  • Develop a deeper understanding for the challenges you face
  • Feed your creativity and drive innovation
  • Discover solutions and identify new actions
  • Draw strength and knowledge from the challenges faced by others
  • Feel supported and motivated as you move towards your goals
  • Learn questioning and exploration skills that will last a life-time

If you’d like to be part of the ONCA Action Learning Set, Helena Joyce: Business Consultant, Coach and Facilitator, will be running the next session at ONCA on 9 January, 9:30am – 12noon.  Contact for more information or to book your place.

Places are limited, book early to avoid disappointment.
