Supporting Survivors: Introductory Workshop

Join Survivors’ Network, your local Rape Crisis Centre, for a FREE one-hour introductory workshop looking at how to support people who have experienced any unwanted sexual experience.
We’ll have a brief look at what happens to the brain when it experiences trauma, grounding techniques for people experiencing the long-term impacts of trauma, and how to challenge myths that exist around sexual violence and abuse. Arrive 6.30pm for refreshments and a 7pm start. Booking essential.

Please contact or 01273 607101 if you have specific access needs, please note the gallery is wheelchair accessible but the toilet is up five stairs.
