SAVE THE DATE! On Monday 22 April, you’re invited to be part of a Cultural Assembly at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. This is the first event of its kind in the region.
The event will offer a moment of collective pause amidst everyday busyness allowing time to reflect on the question: How do we free ourselves to take action for climate justice?
Cultural assemblies build on contemporary models of peoples’ assemblies, using creativity to encourage inclusive and imaginative approaches to problem-solving. The particular problem we’re approaching is how to move from eco-anxiety to action.
If you’d like to find out more then join us for The Offer, a preliminary online meeting where we’ll hear from guest speakers, artist Maggie Scott and academic Perpetua Kirby, about moving beyond blocks to take action on climate change.
