ONCA is delighted to continue creative wellbeing work in partnership with the Health and Wellbeing team at the University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. 

Rest Fest will take place during spring and summer 2024, delivering a series of wellbeing festivals across 10 hospital sites to support NHS staff to decompress from the stresses of work, connect with colleagues, and take part in gentle creative activities that benefit mental health. With increased pressure on the National Health Service, providing respite to frontline workers is essential to combat staff exhaustion and promote positive wellbeing inside and outside of work. 

These events have been made possible thanks to funding from My University Hospitals Sussex Charity through grants awarded by NHS Charities Together.
