ONCA’s Art Fair is back! We’re seeking applications from local artists and makers to participate in a ONCA Arts Fair this November.
As a charity that champions environmental justice we are looking for stall-holders who produce artwork or crafts using recycled materials and/or prioritise sustainability and minimising waste in their creation process. If you are interested in having a table at this event please read the information below and apply.
About the ONCA Eco Art Fair
- WHEN WILL THE FAIR TAKE PLACE?
Saturday 16 November, 1 – 6pm.
- WHERE WILL THE FAIR TAKE PLACE?
The market will take place at ONCA Gallery, 14 St George’s Place, Brighton, BN1 4GB.
- DO VISITORS PAY AN ENTRY FEE?
There is no entry fee to enter the market.
- WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE DAY?
ONCA will provide each stall holder with a table, up to 2 chairs and access to power.
- WHAT DO STALL HOLDERS NEED TO PROVIDE?
Stallholders will need to have their own card machines, cash tills and sustainable packaging.
- DO I NEED PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?
All traders must have Public Liability Insurance that will be valid on the date of the market. If you do not have a Public Liability Insurance certificate, we recommend that you acquire one from a-n or Artists’ Union England.
Vendor Fees
- HOW MUCH IS A TABLE?
£30 for small table, £35 for standard table, and £55 for large table.
We also ask that vendors provide one small item for the raffle.
Discounts: ONCA members get 20% off.
- HOW BIG IS A TABLE?
A small table is 91cm, a standard table is 121cm and a large table is 182cm
- CAN I SHARE A TABLE WITH MULTIPLE ARTISTS?
If you have a large table (£55) you can share your table with one other artists. The maximum amount of people who can be seated at one table is 2. One person is required to pay for the fee.
