Witness Theatre: Focus Group

‘Dead Bird’ is Witness Theatre‘s new project in development exploring our relationship with death and the dying process, and living life joyfully. Interweaving theatre and projected film and image they will make a performance that creates space for further engagement with this subject.
They will be holding a focus group with the general public to get a more informed perspective to influence the show. They’d like to get a better understand of peoples’ personal experiences and generate ideas about how a piece of theatre, and discussion groups or other accompanying events, can help to engage audience with this topic. Asking the question: ‘How can we engage more honestly with our own mortality?’
Tuesday 15th August, 6 – 7pm in the gallery – all welcome.
