Tasmanian Tiger Night at the Booth Museum

7 September 2016
7:30 pm
9:30 pm

September 7th 2016 is the 80th anniversary of the extinction of an extraordinary marsupial carnivore, the thylacine – aka the Tasmanian tiger.

Brighton’s cult Booth Museum of Natural History has a thylacine specimen. To mark this important extinction anniversary, please join the ONCA and Booth teams for a glass of wine and a special after-hours tour around the Museum to see the thylacine and other lost species and learn some of their stories.

This event will also launch the run-up to this year’s Remembrance Day for Lost Species, November 30th, supported by ONCA and the Booth.
