ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Queer Crafts Club is a group of people who wanted to create a space for LGBT+ people to hang out and do crafts together. As much as queer nights out are great, they wanted to create a space that wasn’t centred around drinking. Queer Crafts club has done fundraisers for Mermaids, EmbraceAbility and Teenage Cancer Trust. Come along + do some crafts with us!
Climate Action Movement was formed to provide students at Sussex University with an honest education in climate change and its social, economic and political drivers. As a community of engaged students, we support each other in gaining knowledge and understanding, skills in workshop planning, facilitation and public speaking. We aim to empower students at Sussex into effective activism.
