Kombucha Workshop #4

9 November 2017
6:30 pm

Kombucha Workshop

Thursday 9 November, 6:30 – 8:30pm.

Join us for the fourth of our Kombucha Workshops with our resident fermentation whizz Tricia Enns. Inspired and guided by local fermentation legends Old Tree, learn how to ferment healthy kombucha from white tea.

Tricia will guide you through the process from start to finish, sending you home with your own jar of kombucha-to-be and a piece of the magical SCOBY to take home and tend yourself, so you can continue your brewing adventures independently.

Tickets £10 / £6 (conc) available here. Price includes all materials and 100% of the proceeds go towards Tricia’s fundraiser to keep her in the UK doing her fabulous thing!

At ONCA we always strive to make our events as accessible as possible, please contact our Gallery Manager Lydia to discuss any access needs or concessions if the ticket price would prevent you from taking part:  / 01273 607101.
