HERD: GENERATION
24 November 2017
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Friday 24 November, 7 – 9pm
Pull up a pew and join us for HERD‘s last underground storytelling club of the year. Expect to hear stories from the seemingly mundane, to the mysterious or profane. Bring your ears and an open mind – you are the night’s entertainment. This month’s theme is GENERATION.
Whether you fall into generation X, Y or Z there’s a goldmine of creativity flowing from this months topic. For inspiration, you will be surrounded by our winter exhibition Extinct Icons & Ritual Burials – featuring the work of master embroiderer Katie Tume, to help you weave some storytelling threads together on the night.
Here are the basic rules;
1. It has to be true.
2. It has to be 5 minutes (ish)
Be brave. It feels great to share.
But don’t worry, you don’t have to tell a story if you don’t want to, being a receptive and welcoming audience is just as important!
Due to having an exhibition in-situ, ticket sales are limited, so order early here to avoid disappointment!
