Community Hatha Yoga Class at ONCA Barge
10 March 2020
6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
As part of our ongoing focus on social inclusion and wellbeing, ONCA Barge supports its associated practitioners to facilitate a range of free/cheap activities for the local community to take part in.
Our instructor, Lisa, is a Level 2 registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia, and Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that was founded by the Buddhist and Hindu saint and yogi Matsyendranath.
These are gentle to moderate level classes – beginners are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
Class is by donation / pay what you can.
