Why not hire the ONCA Barge for all your team’s meeting needs? 

If your organisation needs a regular space to meet and work – for example if most of your team are working from home but you’re looking for a space to connect in person – we now offer a rate of £400 pcm (standard) or £350 pcm (charity) for one full day per week on the top deck.

The Barge offers a welcoming space at Brighton Marina that’s ideal for meetings, workshops, away days and other events that bring people together. The space comprises two decks – the upper deck is a light, airy, accessible space that works best for meetings with a view, talks or away days. The lower deck is an atmospheric space with a large smart screen. It’s most suited to use as a private space, or for presentations, screenings or immersive performance.

Both spaces are available to hire for one-offs or as regular bookings, and can be set up to accommodate many different needs. The upper deck can seat up to 30 people or host 60 standing, and the lower deck up to 40 standing. Space hire can include access to our tea and coffee making facilities, and we also offer additional options to hire equipment such as projector, flip charts etc.

There’s free parking in the multi-storey car park at the Marina, just a few minutes’ walk away from the Barge. As well as the beautiful view, the Marina has lots of amenities to offer, with independent cafes and businesses to frequent. STANDARD RATES

• Top Deck: £120 per day / £17.50 per hour
• Lower Deck: £90 per day / £15 per hour
• Top Deck and Lower Deck: £210 per day / £30 per hour

CHARITY RATES

• Top Deck only: £100 per day / £12.50 per hour
• Lower Deck only: £80 per day/ £10 per hour
• Top Deck and Lower Deck: £180 per day / £20 per hour

REGULAR HIRES

Top deck for one full day per week: £400 pcm (standard) / £350 (charity)

All rates are from 9am – 5.30pm.  If you require the Barge outside of working hours there may be additional charges. Regular hirers benefit from a 10% discount on all hires.
