Martin Searle Solicitors is a community law firm, specialising in Employment Law and Community Care Law.

We first met Martin Searle Solicitors during a training event they were hosting as part of their community engagement work with Community Works. Fiona Searle and her team offer training on a range of employment issues to help the charitable and not-for-profit sector manage their people. ONCA now attends Fiona’s HR Matters group which meets bi-monthly to promote best practice for local employers. 

Martin Searle Solicitors have agreed to work in partnership with ONCA to provide up-to-date contracts and a staff handbook in exchange for venue hire for their 14^th year in business. This will be a fundraiser for Refugee Support.
