About the Gallery
Our gallery space has a capacity for 30 people (sitting) / 50 people (standing).
Prices
Standard Rates:
- Weekday Daytime (Tues – Friday, 10am – 5pm): £150 p/d or £25 p/h
- Evening*/Weekend (Tues – Saturday): £40 p/h
Charity Rate:
- Weekday Daytime (Tues – Fri, 10am – 5pm): £135 p/d or £22.50 p/h
- Evening*/Weekend (Tues – Saturday): £37.50 p/h
*between 5pm & 10pm
Rental includes use of our tables and chairs, the gallery kitchen and fibre optic broadband.
Accessibility
The main part of the gallery is wheelchair accessible but the toilet and kitchen is up five stairs. There are accessible toilets close by, at The Yellow Book bar and North Laine pub.
ADD-ONS & Extra Staff Support
If you require require equipment or event promotion this comes at an additional cost.
- Card Machine Hire: £30
- Event page (public events only): £15
- Projector Hire: £15 p/d
- Flipchart: £5
Tea and coffee is available for free, however we ask that you supply your own milk. You can also request ONCA staff to support your hire at £15 p/h per staff member.
DISCOUNTS
We offer a:
- 10% discount for charities.
- 15% discount for ONCA members (Jungle Cats & Big Cats)
