Storytelling and Mobile divide film making workshop 3.00 – 5.00pm
We invite you to join us for our second filmmakers workshop. We will be helping you to discover simple techniques to help you tell the stories that matter to you from around you communities….Free workshop from 3.00pm at Onca Gallery, this is aimed at anyone from the Brighton community. During this workshop we will be introducing you to a basic toolkit for film making on your mobile device.

This will be a simple step by step process where we invite you to make short films in an approximately two hour workshop. The aim of this is to enable and encourage you to help other within your organisation and users of your services to make short films related to issues they face on a day to day level, or simply to offer them a platform to have a voice about their own communities. This will have limited space so please book in asap if you are interested, all you will need is a sense of fun, and a mobile device to shoot on!

This workshop will be followed over the coming months by support from Brighton Radical Film Festival team, we will be running a series of drop in workshops and one on one support for individual groups. We would like to invite you to be part of this process as we would love to have a section of the main festival in March dedicated to film and issues brought to the front by the wider community of Brighton.
