Solidarity: an evening with Joshua Virasami, Tj Demos and Mads Ryle

5 December 2018
6:30 pm
8:30 pm

In the context of capitalism’s structural and globalised harms, what does real solidarity between communities and across borders look like?

How can people in Brighton and beyond support front line communities standing up to injustice and encroachment at the hands of corporations and states?

Join Joshua Virasami (Black Lives Matter UK) and Tj Demos (Centre for Creative Ecologies, via Skype) with host Mads Ryle of Bolivia’s Democracy Center at ONCA to explore creative and grassroots ways of holding structural power holders to account and transforming power relations.
