Come to ONCA’s immersive sound bath evening, to mark the autumn equinox and raise valuable funds for ONCA. Tickets are £42 per person.
Join us at One Church for a relaxed evening of sound, balance and joy. Unwind and take a journey into deep relaxation for the senses and integration of the heart and mind. The session will be led by accomplished musician and facilitator Siobhan Swider, using the power of ceremonial cacao and essential oils in unison with the sound of gongs, crystal bowls and harp.
Includes:
- Heart-opening ceremonial cacao
- Intention setting
- Meditation
- Sound bath with crystal bowls and harp
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (or two, for additional padding, as most of the evening will be floor based)
- A blanket or two to keep you warm
- Eye mask if you want to close off your visual sense for the sound experience
- Water bottle
Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
Sharing space together in meditation provides healing, a sense of security, gives strength to act, and helps us get to know our selves better, awakening a sense of self-confidence, creativity and sensitivity, peace and harmony.
This event is being organised to raise vital funds and celebrate 10 years of ONCA’s pioneering creative work on environmental and social justice issues. You can boost your donation by buying a raffle ticket/s for £2 each for a chance to win a healthy hamper!
