Lino Waves: Exhibition Launch Party

Join artist Daisy Stewart-Darling for a launch party to celebrate opening their exhibition Lino Waves: Soundscapes of The Living Coast.
ONCA is excited to be opening Lino Waves by Daisy Stewart Darling which showcases artworks created as part of The Living Coast Artist Residency 2024 in partnership with Sussex Digital Humanities Lab, Fabrica and The Living Coast.
Daisy Stewart-Darling combines lino printmaking with field recordings collected from various sites within The Living Coast, a UNESCO biosphere stretching from the chalky South Downs and Sussex coast between the River Adur at Shoreham-by-Sea and the River Ouse at Newhaven. Audiences are transported to different ecologies through interactive lino prints that invite a practice of deep listening to better understand our environments.
As always we’ll be hosting a launch party to mark the beginning of another wonderful exhibition where you can chat with the artist and curator, Susuana Amoah.
