Kids Roleplay World Building & Storytelling Workshop

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
In this workshop for children aged 8-13yrs, young people will create new fantasy worlds, designing individual characters based on combinations of humanoids with plant and animal features.
These characters will be given life stories and a narrative will be built around a world that combines the ideas of all involved. We will then play a game based on the imagined space we have designed, weaving together local flora, fauna, myths and legends.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
David Blandy and Claire Barrett have been working together to examine humanity’s place in the universe, the desire to order the chaos around us, and the myth of objectivity. Their collaborative work has been shown nationally and internationally.
