Callous Affection are an emerging contemporary dance duo based in Brighton. Callous Affection Dance hope to use dance and movement to enable a greater appreciation for our complex and curious species, using raw, provocative, and engaging movements to bring audiences and performers closer together.

We strive to acknowledge a deep love for and value in human nature, by unpicking the most gnarled and at times ugly threads, woven through our social patterns – in order to truly fall in love, you must become aware of all that your relationship embodies.
