Callous Affection Dance Performance

27 June

Donation

The Callous Affection Dance Performance is part of a 3 month research and development residency on the ONCA Barge.

Callous Affection Dance invite you to join them for an exclusive preview of their new work ‘Muerte Amongst Us’ a site specific piece tailored specifically for ONCA Barge’s lower deck space.

The work explores societal relationships to death, anxiety and in turn our approach to life and aims to highlight the benefits surrounding the cathartic nature of dance and music.

Accessibility:

Unfortunately the lower deck of the Barge is not wheelchair accessible as it is down a small flight of stairs.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:

Callous Affection Dance are a collaborative, young contemporary dance company, based in Brighton and formed in Cornwall. They strive to acknowledge a deep love for and value in human nature, by unpicking the most gnarled and at times ugly threads, woven through social patterns.
