O N C A is delighted to have been selected to deliver ‘Emerge’, a creative wellbeing project for staff affected by the transition into the new 3Ts buildings at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust.
About Emerge
Over the next 3 years, ONCA, lead artist Sarah Bennett and other creative practitioners will develop activities for – and in dialogue with – hospital staff, to support wellbeing in this time of change.
The aims of Emerge are to:
- Improve morale of the BSUH staff engaged in the programme
- Support BSUH staff as they go through a process of transition from the old hospital to the new
- Create something for the new building to benefit staff (this legacy might be a project that is delivered in the new hospital or an artwork for the new hospital).
The Emerge programme will align with the New Economics Foundation’s five ways to wellbeing:
- Take Notice
- Connect
- Learn
- Be Active
- Give
